According to the different bottom papers, it can be divided into two types of materials: thin-bottom paper and thick-bottom paper. 1. Thin Paper Scrap Paper Adhesive Material Anyang Rixin Co., Ltd. uses 62g, 68g, 80g Gelasin release paper, thin-bottom paper, easy shredding, and non-adhesive surface material. It is suitable for printing on the labeling machine in web form. Due to the low strength of the face material, the fragile paper is generally printed, die-cut, and not scrapped, and is hand-labeled. The T-200 product newly developed by Anyang Rixin can be automatically disposed of and automatically labelled, laying an objective foundation for the large-scale printing and use of fragile paper. Thin-bottomed paper-type easy-to-scrap papers should not be printed in sheet form because the material of the drums will accelerate the shrinkage of the surface materials, cause deformation of the bottom paper, and form a gap between the bottom paper and the surface material, and the glue is affected by the environment. Due to the thickness of the bottom paper, the shrinkage of the surface material will not cause the bottom paper to be deformed, and only the surface material will shrink around. The thick paper-backed easy-to-scrap self-adhesive surface material can be cut into single sheets and printed in the form of offset, embossing and silk. Web printing, hand-cut or die-cut after die-cutting. 3. Fast dry ink and UV ink are recommended for easy shredding printing.
