Special experts such as Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Science, Technology and Information were invited to identify it. The water-based film adhesive has no solvent volatility, safety, and environmental protection during use, and does not harm the health of production personnel. When solvent-based film adhesives are used, about 200,000 tons of toluene are volatilized into the atmosphere each year. This causes environmental pollution and wastes a lot of valuable petroleum resources. At the same time, the water-based film adhesive is superior to the solvent-type film adhesive in terms of heat resistance and chemical resistance. According to customer feedback, the use of water-based dry film lamination for laminating processing reduces the overall cost by 20% to 30%, which has good economic benefits.
