Tips for maintaining and maintaining the impression cylinder

When using a sheet-fed offset press to print double-sided products, the ink of the semi-finished offset paper is dried very slowly. If the paper is acidic, the ink will be difficult to dry. When the reverse is turned, the ink on the semi-finished product will be reversed on the impression cylinder and cleaned. It bothered and increased downtime. A method for both maintaining and maintaining the impression cylinder and preventing the ink marker from pressing the impression cylinder will now be described.

Clean the impression cylinder first, then apply a layer of post-impregnated paste (impression roller adhesive). In this way, when printing on the other side, the ink on the print sheet will not stick to the impression cylinder, and the accumulation of ink on the print roller can also be avoided or reduced.
