1. Introduction to the structure

The press used by Yongan Wood-based Panel Industry Co., Ltd. is the West German Kusters continuous hot press. Its structure is that the body is stationary, and two circulating steel strips run in the press body. The press body is assembled from multiple sets of identical frames supported by the work beams. The upper hot platen is fixed on the top frame, and the lower hot platen is supported by a plurality of rows of hydraulic cylinders, and is mounted on the bottom support beam. The entire chain is arranged side by side and the width of the press is equal, and the upper and lower hot platens are operated. The steel strip rolls on side-by-side rolling chains with a steel belt to chain speed ratio of 2:1. The driving of the steel strip relies on the friction transmitted by the tension between the steel strip and the wheel. The steel strip model is S1650, the width is 2630mm, and the length is 25000mm.

The steel strip will run off during operation, and its steel strip deviation will be adjusted by automatic control. There are three kinds of steel belt deviation control devices. One is the wheel tensioning cylinder on the main drive steel bracket. When the steel belt runs off, the deviation control signal is sent to the PLC, and the hydraulic control system is controlled by the PLC. The cylinder exerts different oil pressures and adjusts the left and right strokes of the wheel to achieve the purpose of correcting deviation. The second is in the middle of the steel strip, and the electric drive roller swings up and down to prevent the deviation. The third is that if the effect of the above two methods is not obvious, the wheel position can be adjusted on the other end of the steel bracket to achieve the correcting strip.

If the steel strip is not corrected in time (the maximum deviation limit is 25mm), then the pressure machine will automatically stop running. It is necessary to start the steel belt reset button on the steel bracket and rely on manual correction. This will affect normal operation and will easily damage the edges of the strip. The analysis and treatment methods for the deviation of steel strips are summarized as follows:

2 analysis of the reasons for deviation

In the work, we analyze the various situations in which the strip is deflected. The factors that cause the strip to run off are as follows:

1 The density of the left and right slab pavement is different, so that the pressure on the left and right sides of the press is different, resulting in uneven force on the left and right sides of the steel strip, causing the steel strip to run off. This kind of deviation is not large, and it can be adjusted by automatic adjustment.

2 The heating plate is out of alignment. When there is a difference in height between the left and right sides of the heating plate, the thickness of the slab is different, and the left and right sides of the steel strip also have a height, which is easy to cause the steel strip to run off. The greater the difference, the more serious the deviation.

3 The deviation measurement device failed. The deviation control device relies on the output signal of the deviation measurement device to work. The measurement device is composed of a rack and a pinion and a potentiometer. The position of the steel strip is converted into an angular displacement into a variable resistance sensor through the rack and pinion, and an electrical signal is sent to the PLC. When the mounting bolts of the measuring device are loose and the rack and pinion are “stuck”, the measuring device cannot work normally, and the distortion signal is output, causing distortion of the PLC control and causing the steel belt to run off.

4 Automatic correction and adjustment of the roller device is invalid. As soon as the steel strip runs off, the automatic rectification adjustment roller starts working and works more frequently. In the case that the upper and lower limit switches are loose, the failure or the sliding guide rails are "dry" and lack lubrication, the device is liable to cause failure and the number of failures is high.

5 fiber dust is adsorbed on the hub. A small portion of the wood fibers in production enters the main drive hub from the edge of the steel strip, and as the number of fibers increases, a ring of fibers is formed on the hubs on both sides of the steel strip. At this time, the contact surface between the steel strip and the hub is reduced. The increase of fiber thickness makes the two hubs relatively increase. When the steel strip is in contact with the wheel, the middle part is “floating”. At this time, the steel strip is very easy to run off and the running is more serious.

6 steel belt chain lubrication is not. Lubricating oil is very important for operation between steel strips. If there is not enough lubricating oil on the friction block of the wheel hub, the lubricating oil on the surface of the steel belt is easily absorbed by the friction block on the wheel hub, causing relative operation between the steel belt and the hub and generating abnormal noise, which causes the steel belt to run off.

3 countermeasures

In view of the factors of the deviation of the steel strip, the following countermeasures should be taken to solve the problem of the deviation of the steel strip.

1 Check the left-right density of the board and find that when the error value is large, the paving machine should be adjusted as necessary to make the density error within the standard range.

2 Regularly check the size and thickness of the pressure plate to ensure that the level of the heating plate is within the allowable range.

3 Strengthen equipment inspection and conduct regular inspection of the deviation control device.

4 Increase the air supply fiber pipeline to reduce the slab edge fiber into the press. It is found that there is fiber adsorption on the hub and should be removed in time.

5 Select a good chain lubricant supply time, and regularly check the oil absorption on the wheel friction block.
