Second, water-based coating

Because of the environmental pollution caused by organic solvents, dispersion-type water-based coatings have been widely used in Europe and are gradually used in China. This glazing coating consists of 45% synthetic resin and 55% water. It has high transparency, non-toxicity, and no organic matter volatilization. It can be biodegraded after being discarded and does not cause environmental pollution. The prints coated with this glazing coating are not yellowed or discolored for a long time, and are particularly suitable for the surface decoration of food, cigarettes, cosmetics, medicine and other product packaging. With pigment, it can be made into a special type of varnish, and can be added with a certain proportion of gold or silver metallic color material to make gold or silver varnish, which can improve the artistic charm of glazing. At present, waterborne glazing has dominated the joint venture.

Three, double optical head device

Because ordinary inks are incompatible with varnish, double coating devices (two optical heads, infrared drying) are necessary. In addition to coating the base color and the ultraviolet glazing solution, the double glazing unit is also used to apply double-layer thick foaming varnishes, microcapsules and fragrances, scraping and stripping lottery tickets, and various kinds of packaging and glazing.

Fourth, anilox roller cavity coating

When choosing a co-drive glazing system, it is decided whether it is a double roll coating or an anilox roll glazing. The latter can accurately control the thickness of the glazing coating, does not depend on the printing speed, and is rarely affected by coating oil. The effect of viscosity fluctuations. More representative is the use of a closed ink knife system glazing device, the system consists of ceramic anilox roller, closed squeegee and flexible resin coated roller. This kind of on-line glazing speed is quick and efficient, and the anilox roller can be quickly replaced. Different anilox rollers can be used to accurately complete the coating according to requirements, which can not only obtain full glazing coating, but also can perform accurate partial glazing; It also provides ample space for the pearlescent coating process.

Five, no shadow delivery paper gripper system

UV-lighting on sheetfed presses requires a non-shadow-fed gripper system on the press to avoid shadowing on paper that has been exposed to light during drying, resulting in no drying where ultraviolet light cannot reach.

Sixth, the special delivery device

The delivery end of the printing press should be treated at high temperatures and be resistant to corrosion to prevent damage from the UV drying system. The paper guides in the delivery section allow the sheets to float on the air cushion. These guides require a water cooling jacket to remove heat from the delivery section.
