The concept of "printing" here refers to creating physical objects layer by layer using digital designs. Just like an inkjet printer, it starts with a computer model, breaks it into thin cross-sectional layers, and then builds each layer one at a time. The 3D printer begins from the bottom, gradually adding material until the entire object is formed. This method allows for the creation of complex shapes that would be difficult or impossible to produce using conventional techniques.
