**Working Principle**
The kit utilizes a biotinylated double-antibody sandwich ELISA method to detect NADPH-OX levels in the sample. The microtiter plate is pre-coated with anti-NADPH-OX antibodies. After incubation with the sample, a biotinylated anti-NADPH-OX antibody is added, followed by streptavidin-HRP. An immune complex is formed, and after washing, substrates A and B are added, producing a blue color that turns yellow upon stopping the reaction.
