Fault 1. After the new ink cartridge is installed, no ink is displayed or the ink is displayed after the number of pages is printed.

the reason:

1. If the ink cartridge is not installed properly or the cartridge is not returned to the sensor dome, it needs to be reinstalled or used to help reset the shrapnel;

2. The metal sheet in the print head is aging or loose and causes poor contact. It is recommended to send the repair station for maintenance;

3. If the ink cartridge is not replaced according to the prescribed procedure, the ink cartridge must be replaced according to the prescribed procedure.

4. If it still cannot be resolved, it is most likely that the printer's electronic memory is faulty. You need to delete the printer driver, reinstall the driver, and remove the cartridge again. Reinstall the cartridge as described above.

Fault II. After replacing the ink cartridge, a horizontal line appears during printing. When the white lines or the graphic color is light, color cast, blurred, or cannot be printed, check whether you have used up any ink of a certain color in the ink cartridge. Then, Consider the following reasons:

1, did not tear off the label according to instructions (ie yellow stickers), air duct, air guide hole is still in a closed state, the air can not enter the cartridge, then the label can be completely torn off;

2. Small bubbles remain in the ink outlet. At this time, the print head should be cleaned so that small bubbles can be discharged.

3, ink into the air or impurities in the print head, the solution is to start the printer automatic cleaning program to clean the print head one or more times (Note: After each cleaning must print nozzle detection pattern - test line to observe the cleaning effect). Or turn off the printer and stop using it for a few hours. See if the situation has improved. If you still cannot solve the problem, we suggest you send it to us;

4, a little white line may appear, may be long-term printing and the use of some paper with poor paper, the surface of the paper with paper particles, and the particles may stick to the print head, resulting in part of the ink hole Blocking, printing and cleaning should be performed at this time, if there is no effect to the maintenance department to repair;

5. If the above reasons are excluded and the cleaning program has been started to clean the print head, normal printing cannot be resumed.
