● Judgment according to the rules of printing products. Take a few prints of the just-printed product, and check whether the distance between each rule line and the paper edge is the same. If they are consistent, it means that the side paper is normal, otherwise it is abnormal.

● According to the color index of the printed product. Take the printed product out and check to see if the size of the color code is the same for each print. The same indicates normal, otherwise it is abnormal.

● Judging from the midline of the printed product. Some papers are cut obliquely. If you only look at the gauge and color marks, it is impossible to accurately determine whether the side pulls are normal. In this case, it is advisable to take part of the product and apply it to the mouth (or to pull it slightly). Then push the paper with both hands and try to align the open paper to see if the center line of the tip (or bite) is in place. The same line. If the midline of each print is on the same line, it means the side gauge is normal. If there is any error, it means there is a problem with the side gauge.

● Judging from the overprint of the print. The pattern overprinting is accurate, then it means that the side-sheet pull paper is no problem; if the overprinting is not accurate, it means that the side pull paper has a problem. In addition, if the overprint is close to the gauge distance, and the other end is incorrect, it indicates that the paper is not stretched.

● Judging from the edge condition of the pull tab of the paper. When the edge of the paper has a jagged jagged crack, it means that the flank pulls the paper; when the edge of the paper is wrinkled with a width that is almost wider than the pulling roller, it means the paper is too far away from the flank. Far, not pulled in place; and when the pull tab of the printed sheet touched the location of a penetrating hole, it showed that the time for lifting the tab was a bit late, and it was competing with the teeth.

● Judging from the abnormal pressure. Sometimes there is a certain relationship between the side-sheet pull-out anomaly and the combined pressure. When the pull-out time of the side-cut is too early, it will cause the paper not to reach the bottom position. That is, the paper will not be pulled into the front gauge and it will be pulled by the side gauge, resulting in a combined pressure. That is, Feida stopped.

● Judging from feelings. Lateral rules pull the paper normal or not, can also be judged according to the feel. During the operation of the machine, pull the pull roller of the gauge by hand, and determine the length of rotation (pull gauge). Pulling too long can easily cause the paper to pull over. If it is too short, it may cause the paper to not pull out.

● Judging by the comparison of the push-pull rules. When you suspect that there is a problem with the stipulated pull time, you can lower the corresponding side scale, and then point the vehicle to see if the time of the two rise and fall or the pull roller is the same. If the paper is inconsistent, it means the pull time is wrong. .

● Judging by the method of detecting the pressure paper tongue.
