In the conventional heat-shrinkable packaging, the sealing method of the middle sealing interface is nothing more than two kinds of trimming heat sealing and embossing heat sealing. It is the use of heat to weld the packaging material or to break the packaging material, and there are complicated mechanisms and failures. High rates, maintenance difficulties, high personnel requirements, high scrap rates, high energy consumption, and insufficient savings in packaging materials. These are the common problems of all types of packaging machines.

In order to solve the above problems, we thought of a method of packaging using electrostatic adsorption.

The working principle of sealing a plastic film with high-voltage static electricity is that when an object carries a certain amount of net positive or net negative charge, it is said to be electrostatically charged. Electrostatic objects produce adsorption phenomena. The amount of adsorption force is related to the amount of static electricity carried by the object. The greater the amount of static electricity carried, the stronger the adsorption force. At the same time, static electricity gradually decreases after a period of time. The length of time is related to the resistance of the object. In general, the resistance of plastics is very high, so plastics can hold static electricity for a long time.

We use its principle to use a high-voltage electrostatic generator to generate a controllable tens of thousands of volts of high-voltage electrostatic field. Through the high-voltage electrostatic field during the operation of the plastic film for packaging, the net negative charge will be brought to the position of the film to be sealed. In this way, the two plastic films that pass the electric field are firmly bonded together within a certain period of time. Adhesion strength can be adjusted according to the need to adjust the level of the electrostatic field voltage to change how much the film is charged.

According to the above characteristics of static electricity, we used the static electricity generation device on the heat shrinkable packaging. We designed a special bag making device to change the way the packaging material travels through the bag making device and make the packaging material into a cylindrical shape. The two layers of the packaging material are superimposed and passed through the upper and lower layers of the special bag-making machine, and then pass through the grounding end after the bag-making machine is overlapped in the back section. Below the grounding terminal is an electrostatic discharger. During the operation, the static charge discharged from the electrostatic discharger passes through the packaging material and the grounding terminal to form an electrostatic field, so that the two upper and lower contact surfaces of the packaging material are respectively positive and negative charges, thus the two layers are packaged. The material is adsorbed together.

Because the ground contact with the package material is required, in order to reduce the mutual adsorption of the package material and the ground terminal caused by static electricity, the ground terminal has also undergone special treatment. The surface contacted with the package material is hard-chrome plated and polished after sand blowing to reduce the surface area. Friction. And drilling to reduce the surface area and further reduce the contact area with the package.
