This assay is ideal for scientific studies related to placental function, pregnancy monitoring, and disease biomarker analysis. **Principle of the Assay:** This kit utilizes the double-antibody sandwich ELISA method. A microplate is pre-coated with a specific anti-PP13 monoclonal antibody. After adding the sample, PP13 binds to the immobilized antibody. A horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-labeled secondary antibody is then added, forming a complex of antibody-antigen-enzyme-labeled antibody.
