Dutch manufacturer launches convenience food heating box

Dutch manufacturer RPCBebo recently introduced two Re228 and Re171Comfort boxes for convenience food heating. These two boxes can be used to heat convenience foods in microwave ovens, improving the safety of consumers in heating convenient foods.

At present, many manufacturers want to show more convenience in the design of product packaging, such as the use of materials with poor thermal conductivity to package those hot foods and beverages. The development of these packaging products can promote the emergence of more new foods in the convenience food market. The two products developed by RPCBebo are made of polypropylene and have the characteristics of freezing, sealing and safety for food packaging. The product is fully resistant to microwave radiation and can withstand temperatures up to 110 degrees Celsius in a common oven. The product conforms to the size of the current convenience food in size, but the height can be customized according to the specific product. This allows food manufacturers to easily choose to use the two products without having to adjust the production line. According to reports, this product can provide single or multiple compartments according to the different needs of the product. The initial production will have one to three compartments.
