Precautions for using plastic film gravure water-based ink:

The viscosity of the ink can be adjusted with water during use, and the -4 viscosity is 15-25 seconds / 25 ℃. If the viscosity is too high, the transfer performance of the ink will be poor, and it is easy to cause ills such as dirty plates and paste plates; while if the viscosity is too low, it will cause light colors, dot expansion, and uneven ink. The printing plate adopts electric engraving or laser engraving, and the plate depth should be between 15-25mm. Light version can increase printing speed and save ink. If the version is too deep, it will affect the printing speed, and the ink consumption is large, and it is easy to cause sticking. The drying temperature is preferably 50-60, and the air volume is large, so that the ink transferred to the film is quickly dried. Before printing, after the ink is poured into the ink tank, allow the printing plate to idle for 2-3 minutes to play the role of adjusting the humidity of the printing plate and stirring. When the printing process is temporarily stopped when observing the printed products, the printing plate must not be stopped to prevent the ink on the printing plate from drying out and making the plate blocked. For example, the plug plate can be wetted and cleaned with a special plate washing liquid. After adjusting the viscosity of the ink according to the depth of the plate before printing, try not to add water to the ink during the printing process, just add new ink to ensure that the color and color density of the printed product are consistent before and after. After printing, the printing plate should be cleaned immediately, the remaining ink is installed, put the water into the tank, turn the printing plate to clean the ear, or adjust it to 3% detergent solution for cleaning.
