Bubbles that are usually generated at the front of the label are often caused by insufficient acceleration of the target. Therefore, the solution is to adjust the acceleration of the motor to reduce the acceleration time as much as possible, and also to adjust the pre-ejection position. The soft label and pre-posted position parameters are in conflict with each other. The operator needs to find a balance between the two as much as possible, which puts higher requirements on the operator's experience.
5. Labeling accuracy: The labeling precision refers to the accuracy of the label after wrapping around the hose. To obtain a higher labeling accuracy, it is necessary to first accurately find the actual centerline of the hose, because the characteristics of the hose itself are simple. The three-roll positioning method is no longer applicable. 6. Speed ​​coordination: In the hose labeling process, the ratio of the feed rate to the label is a very important parameter. Different package combinations have different ratio parameters.
