Determination of Sulfamethazine Residue in Pork Tissues by Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to analyze the residual amount of sulfadiazine in pork tissues. After the sample is degreased, the target compound in the sample is extracted with dichloromethane. After extraction and derivatization by silylation, it is detected by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and qualitative and confirmed based on retention time and mass spectrum compared with the reference substance. The secondary mass spectrum of sulfadimethazine detected matches well with the standard secondary mass spectrum, the method is fast and accurate, and there is less interference. The recovery of sulfamethazine determined by this method is 76% ~ 110%, and the detection limit is 0. O1 ms / ks, suitable for the detection of sulfadiazine residue.
