Wine culture is an essential part of Chinese national heritage, and the packaging plays a vital role in conveying product information and building brand identity. With the continuous development of new materials and technologies in packaging printing, designers are constantly exploring ways to combine different printing techniques to create more visually striking packages.

Interior Design

The design of this wine box reflects the elegance of royal treasures, using yellow as the main color—symbolizing imperial power, as ancient emperors wore yellow robes. The box features a dragon pattern with dark lines, evoking a sense of majesty. The brand logo is inspired by the Palace Museum’s plaque, incorporating a classic dark gold frame with a Beijing cloisonne blue plaque. The dark gold dragon pattern on the border adds a touch of traditional craftsmanship, enhancing the overall feeling of a classical court setting against the yellow background.

Combined Printing Application

One of the most remarkable features of this wine box is its use of combined printing technology, integrating offset printing, screen printing, and embossing to achieve a unique visual and tactile experience. Here's an overview of the key processes involved:

  1. To capture the soft, luxurious feel of the emperor's yellow robe, the box uses silver card paper with a basis weight of 250g/m² as the base material.
  2. Screen printing is used to apply a custom spot color: 70% medium yellow and 30% white, creating a rich and elegant tone.
  3. A mixture of 70% pan-gold pearl powder and 30% West German flash gold is prepared and mixed into varnish. This is then printed over the spot color yellow to add a silky, shimmering effect.
  4. White areas such as the samurai trademark and barcode are printed using screen printing for clarity and contrast.
  5. Four-color offset printing is used for details like the samurai trademark, dark gold frame, and black captions on the box surface.
  6. Spot color red is applied via screen printing for bold text and the “Emperor’s Treasure” seal at the top of the box.
  7. Blue is also printed using screen printing, particularly for the Beijing Jingtai blue base of the plaque.
  8. A layer of polyester film is added for protection and a glossy finish.
  9. UV refraction effects are printed on the bottom of the Jingtai blue and dark gold plaques using screen printing techniques.
  10. Key elements such as the samurai trademark and the “Emperor’s Treasure” seal are embossed for a raised, three-dimensional look.
  11. Die cutting is performed separately for the base, which involves four-color offset printing, film application, and die cutting before final assembly through manual labeling.

This intricate production process required meticulous planning, creative design, and a deep understanding of both offset and screen printing techniques. Only with such comprehensive knowledge can designers create packaging that stands out with unique creativity, vibrant colors, and exceptional craftsmanship.

Lunch Bags

Lunch Bags: Practical and Versatile Companions for Every Meal
Lunch Bags are more than just containers for food—they’re essential tools that blend functionality, portability, and style, making them a must-have for busy lifestyles. Unlike flimsy Nonwoven Bags that struggle to keep food fresh, a quality Lunch Bag is designed with insulation to maintain temperatures, whether you’re toting a hot soup or a cold salad. This insulation sets it apart, ensuring your meals stay at their best until it’s time to eat, a feature even durable Cotton Canvas Bags often lack, as they offer little to no temperature control.

Versatility is another key trait. While a Promotional PVC Bag might serve a single purpose, a Lunch Bag adapts to various needs. It can double as a compact Cooler Bag for short outings, keeping snacks chilled during a picnic, or even as a mini Wine Bag for carrying a small bottle to a casual gathering. Its size makes it ideal for fitting into larger bags, too—slip it into a Shopping Bag during errands or a Laptop Briefcase on your commute, and you’ll always have a fresh meal ready, no matter how busy your day gets.

Durability matters, and modern Lunch Bags deliver. Made from sturdy materials that resist spills and tears, they outlast disposable options and stand up to daily use. Many feature easy-to-clean interiors, so accidental leaks from sauces or drinks are quick to wipe away—something a basic Nonwoven Bag or even a Cotton Canvas Bag can’t match, as they often absorb liquids and stain easily.

Style isn’t overlooked either. From sleek, minimalist designs to vibrant patterns, Lunch Bags cater to personal tastes, ensuring you don’t have to sacrifice aesthetics for functionality. They’re a far cry from the utilitarian look of some Laptop Briefcases or the plain appearance of many Promotional PVC Bags, adding a touch of personality to your daily routine.

In essence, a Lunch Bag is a smart investment for anyone who values fresh, convenient meals. It bridges the gap between practicality and style, outperforming other bag types in its specific role while offering unexpected versatility. Whether you’re a student, a professional, or someone who loves outdoor activities, a Lunch Bag ensures you can enjoy a satisfying meal wherever you are, hassle-free.
