   We customize products as per your request or sample. Please email us the detail information including images and parameters of design, size, material and quantity you prefer, and if possible, send us the sample directly. We will quote you the price and MOQ by email after discussing the practicability of your requirements.
    
   5. What about the warranty?
   We are very confident in our products. Every piece of Twist Turn Lock is tested when made, and we pack them very well. So, unless something unexpected happens, you will receive your products which are in good condition. However, to avoid any subsequent trouble regarding quality issue, we suggest you to check the products as soon as you receive them. Please let us know the details if there is any damage, so that we can deal with it accordingly.
