The accuracy of printing plate typesetting directly influences the quality of printing after printing. Therefore, we must also control this stage so that color registration typesetting becomes convenient and accurate. If the film output is required to register the crosshairs, this crosshair is the key to printing plate alignment. Because we use different cross-color printing plates to align the positions of the printing plate, but the crosshairs are not enough. Conversely, the transparency of the media is very important, because only the transparency of the media can clearly see the following crosshairs, and DuPont's DRC is precisely because of the transparent light pink to show accurate sets Accuracy. Similarly, deep yellow carton version and dark blue, dark green carton version will take a long time in color matching, and the accuracy will not be guaranteed, which will affect the accuracy of the final print.

When printing, all the required surface viscosity of the plate must be non-sticky. If the surface of the plate still has stickiness, it will stick to the garbage and dander on the surface of the platen during printing, so that this place will not be inked. Print leaks. DuPont DRC's plate material is very good in terms of stickiness. After the finished plate is dried, it has almost no stickiness. After UVC detacking, it is smooth and translucent. The dark yellow carton version and the dark blue, dark green carton version finished baking version, the resin and the solvent chemical reaction is very severe, the plate material detacking time extended to twenty minutes have no effect, the surface is still very sticky, Therefore, when the two plates are printed, trash and dander on the surface of the cardboard are often stuck to the plate, resulting in print leakage. During the printing process, the number of times that a print operator will stop the rubbing of the printing plate will be far greater than that of Dupont's DRC, and all of them are to clean up the rubbish and dandering on the surface of the plate, which will seriously affect the printing quality and the production efficiency of the machine.

Dark blue, dark green carton version appeared earlier in the Asia-Pacific region, especially in Japan, and in China can be traced back to 2 years or even earlier. In the last 1 to 2 years, in some specific areas, such as when prices have become the primary considerations or short-term orders, the low-end (dark blue, dark green carton version, dark yellow carton version) and high-end (DuPont version) become Two main options. Although the dark blue, dark green carton version is cheap and the plate making performance is acceptable, its print adaptability is similar to that of the deep yellow carton version, which is not comparable to the quality DuPont version. In particular, the flatness and hardness of the layout will become the killer of printed materials. Many customers report that the surface of deep blue and dark green cardboard boxes has pits. When printing, there will be a leak, and in order to overcome the leak, the pressure will be increased. At the same time, because the plate is too hard, it will flatten and damage the corrugated medium, thereby affecting the corrugated box's ability to resist pressure.

Deep yellow carton version and dark blue, dark green carton version of the substrate and the resin of the polymerization is not very good, it is easy to tear the substrate, did not really play a protective role, accidentally will version The material creases the crease. Such a version will be torn wrong when making a plate, so that the version is scrapped. And the deep yellow carton version of the resin will flow out during storage, destroy the flatness of the plate, so that the finished plate appears uneven thickness, resulting in poor printing, this phenomenon is particularly prominent and frequent in the summer when the temperature is high .

In addition, the stability of deep yellow carton and dark blue, dark green carton plate is not good, the hardness of the plate will increase with the number of printing, resulting in the ink transferability is getting worse, such as printing leaks, uneven ink layer , Wahl Lucy and so on. In addition, the transferability of ink is not as good as that of Dupont DRC, and DRC has inherited the excellent ink transfer properties of TDR, making it easier and more convenient to apply ink during printing. Both DRC and TDR plates are specially developed for the direct printing of corrugated cardboard. The main difference between it and TDR is that its hard bottom is bigger than TDR. Its hard bottom is about 37. Its purpose is to meet the demand of some users for some hard plates.

In addition, the color of the DRC is much lighter than that of the TDR, and the transparency is high, allowing the printer to follow the bottom line. Another feature of DRC is that the exposure time is shorter than TDR, mainly to meet the requirements of low energy lamps (most domestic lamps) used by some domestic manufacturers.

DRC has a large depth and resolution, and the printing effect is clear and delicate. It is especially suitable for the printing of Chinese characters.
